Ages Divisions and Categories

The MDDTT Competitions are composed of team, officer, duet, trio, ensemble and solo divisions. At both the Kingwood Park and Oak Ridge contests, current members of public high school drill teams, age 16 or older, are eligible to compete for the title of Miss Dance Drill Team Texas.

Community:
Pre K, K-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12

Jr. High & High School:
Small 1-29; Med 30-49;
Large 50-69; X-Large 70+

Team, Elite & Officer:
Jazz, Kick, Lyrical, Military, Novelty, Modern, Contemporary, Open, Hip Hop, Pom & Prop

Ensembles:
Duets, Trios, Small, Medium and Large Ensembles

Solos:
Solos - Tops In Texas - each grade level competes with their grade level at all competitions.
